Abstrak

In general, control is a sistematic effort to determine standards that are in accordance with planning goals, design information sistems, compare implementation with standards, and analyse the possibility of deviations The analysis of the results was used to determine the extent of time control in the construction project of the Juara Youth Building in Pangandaran Regency The purpose of this study is to determine time control using the Earned Value Management (EVM) method in the construction of facilities and infrastructure of the Pangandaran Regency Champion Youth Building.  This study uses data that includes the location/location of the building, RAB calculation, S curve, time schedule, progress report.  Based on the results of the project performance research in weeks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, to 20 SV (Schedule Variances) values are positive (+) and the results of SPI calculations are more than one (>1). However, in the 6th week, 7,8,9 in the calculation of the value of the schedule variance (Schedule Variance) has a negative value (-) and the result of the SPI calculation is less than one (<1), This shows that for the SPI value that < 1 work experienced delays and SPI that >1 work experienced acceleration while the SPI equal to 1 work was equal to the plan.
