ANALISIS PENGUKURAN KERJA DALAM MENENTUKAN WAKTU BAKU UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PADA PRODUKSI KERUDUNG MENGGUNAKAN METODE TIME STUDY PADA UKM LISNA COLLECTION DI TASIKMALAYA

Abstract

Abstract—Currently, the Lisna Collection UKM has increased significantly because the veil has become a hijab trend among Muslims in Indonesia, so there is a lot of demand from consumers. The problems found in the Lisna Collection UKM that can be obtained when sending products to consumers are due to production time and less of experience from the worker so it will be affects on work productivity.

Time study is an activity to determine the time managed by an operator in carrying out work activities under normal conditions and tempo to increase productivity. Stopwatch time is a direct time measurement study because the time observer is at the place where the measurement is being observed.

From the analysis, the results of the veil making cycle were 917.4 seconds or 15.29 minutes, the normal time was 990.79 seconds or 16.51 minutes and the standard time was 1347.474 seconds or 22.45 minutes.
