ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PEMBENGKAKAN BIAYA DENGAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS DI PROYEK KONSTRUKSI JALAN KABUPATEN CIAMIS

Abstrak

The purpose of the study was to determine the order of the main factors and the greatest priority

weight of each sub-factor that had an effect on cost overruns on road construction projects in Ciamis Regency in 2021. So that it could be prevented or avoided the occurrence of cost overruns in road construction projects. The analysis process was carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. (AHP) begins by defining the problem, creating a hierarchy of factors, cost overruns, making a questionnaire to obtain primary data, tabulating the data, followed by making a paired matrix, doing pairwise comparisons, measuring priority weights and checking the hierarchical consistency value.

From the results of the analysis, the priority weights of the main factors that influence cost overrun on road construction projects in Ciamis Regency in 2021 include: Labor factor of 21%, Material factor of 19%, Equipment factor of 16%, factor Estimated Cost of 13%, Planning factor of 11%, Labor Relations factor of 10%, Time factor of 10% and the priority weights of the sub factors include: planning factors: Poor estimation techniques cause low contract prices by 26%. costs, namely: Lack of project data and information in making estimates / cost estimates have a priority weight of 44%. Working relationship factors, namely: Poor communication from contractors with planners and supervisors in controlling work by 29%. Material factors, namely: Material prices that tends to increase and is difficult to predict by 29%. Time factors are: The preparation of the work schedule is not in accordance with the number of resources and Yes, humans are 25%. Labor factors are: Lack of supervision of workers by 29%. Equipment factors are: Lack of supervision causes tool productivity not to be maximal by 28%.
