Road construction in Indonesia is currently growing rapidly, especially nowadays, not only in urban areas but
also in rural areas. The work of the Segmen 3 North Ring Road Development Project in Tasikmalaya City is experiencing delays in construction time. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the time control in the completion of the construction project. The purpose of this research is to determine the time control in the Segmen 3 North Ring Road Development Project in Tasikmalaya City.
The method used in this study is a literature review method, while in analyzing the data to evaluate the time of the Segmen 3 North Ring Road Development Project in Tasikmalaya City, the Critical Path Method (CPM) method is used.
Based on the results of the analysis of data magement using the Critical Path Method (CPM) network on the Segmen 3 North Ring Road Development Project in Tasikmalaya City, known to speed up the work time from 100 days in the plan to 67 working days, so that it can reduce the work completion time for 33 days
