ANALISIS ESTIMASI WAKTU DAN BIAYA MENGGUNAKAN METODE EARNED VALUE ANALYSIS (STUDI KASUS PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG GALERI PUSAT BUDAYA KABUPATEN TASIKMALAYA)

Abstrak

Estimation of project time and costs is part of construction management. The achievement of a project can also be assessed from the estimated time and cost of completing the project. The Tasikmalaya Regency Cultural Center Gallery Building Construction Project was completed at a cost and time that exceeded the plan, therefore it is necessary to evaluate and analyze project cost and time estimates to obtain the cheapest and fastest cost and completion time with maximum results. Analysis of estimated costs and time in the Gallery Building Development Project in the Cultural Center (Case Study of Kp. Balananjeur, Pagersari Village, Pagerageung District, Tasikmalaya Regency) uses the Earned Value Analysis (EVA) method. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, the research describes the condition of the project by analyzing existing data. Data analysis used analytical and descriptive methods. Analytical, that is, existing data is processed using Earned Value Analysis (EVA) to produce conclusive final results. While descriptive is by describing the problems that already exist or appear.

The results of the time performance research on the Tasikmalaya Regency Cultural Center Gallery Building Construction Project are not good with an average time performance index (SPI) of 0.997 < 1 and cost performance (CPI) of 0.997 < 1, this indicates that the performance of time and costs is not good, because the work is not as expected and unable to achieve the planned work targets. The difference in time and cost to complete the Tasikmalaya Regency Cultural Center Gallery Building Project is Rp. 19,918,900.00, - and an additional 11 working days.
