ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN HARGA SATUAN PEKERJAAN ANTARA METODE AHSP DAN SNI (Studi Kasus Pada Proyek Rehabilitasi Jaringan Irigasi Ciherang Hilir Desa Cisetu Kecamatan Rajagaluh Majalengka)

Abstrak

If you study in detail about the list of unit prices of work, materials and wages listed in the analysis of the calculation of the unit price of work, there will be some differences in analysis, especially in the magnitude of the coefficient. The differences in the value of the coefficients in these methods need to be examined because it will affect the financial benefits that will be obtained by the estimator. If the bid price submitted in the auction process is too high, it is likely that the estimator will lose. Conversely, if you win an auction at too low a price, you will have a hard time later in the day.

In Indonesia, there is a method to plan the unit cost price of project budgets, namely SNI 2016 and AHSP 2022. This study aims to find out which method is the most economical to be a reference for estimators to plan construction costs with methods applicable in Indonesia.

In the calculation of the budget plan for the Ciherang Hilir Irrigation Network Rehabilitation project on soil excavation, soil piles, masonry, Broadcast Finishing and Plastering using two methods, the AHSP 2022 method is the most economical, which is Rp. 4,020,569,968.66, then the SNI 2016 method is Rp. 5,057,955,739.83 with a price difference of Rp. 1,037,385,771,17 or with a percentage of 20.51%.
