EVALUASI SISTEM MANAJEMEN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (SMK3) PADA PROYEK REVITALISASI PASAR TRADISIONAL PPC (Studi Kasus di Kelurahan Tegalkamulyan Kecamatan Cilacap Selatan Kabupaten Cilacap Provinsi Jawa Tengah)

Abstrak

This research was conducted to determine the occupational safety and health management system in the PPC Traditional Market Revitalization project in Tegalkamulyan Village, South Cilacap District, Cilacap Regency. Identification of the implementation and supervision of risk control is a factor in knowing the implementation of SMK3 at the project site to reduce the occurrence of work accidents.

The data collection method was by distributing questionnaires to the experts from the implementing contractor team and workforce, interviewing the head of the K3 team, and field observations. Questionnaire results are processed into quantitative data by using a Likert scale, the measured variables will be translated into variable indicators (weights). After the primary data is obtained, all questionnaire results are calculated using the Relative Importance Index (IKR) statistical method. The results of direct observation are used to assess the implementation of control and supervision in the PPC Traditional Market Revitalization project in Kel. Tegalkamulyan Kec. South Cilacap Regency. Cilacap.

The results of activities on the application of work accident control have been carried out because they have a value between 3.50 < X < 4.50. Factors that are routinely carried out are the availability of evacuation routes and the installation of SMK3 signs because they have a value above 4.51. And the factor that has the smallest value is providing a fire extinguisher, but the explanation of this factor has been implemented. And the work accident control supervision activity states that the factors in question are appropriate because they have a value above 3.50. The factor that has the highest score is supervision of the personal protective equipment used by workers and the health of workers who have an average value of respondents' answers above 4.51. The answer with the smallest average value is a measurement of the achievement of the SMK3 program, but this is the right thing to do.
