Abstrak

Project scheduling is one of the elements of results that can provide information about the schedule of plans and project progress, in this case the performance of resources in the form of costs, labor, equipment and materials as well as project duration plans and project completion time progress. The purpose of this research is to determine the critical path in the construction project of the Office 2 BPBD Cilacap Regency Jl. Swadaya No. 20 Pendowo Tambakreja, South Cilacap District, Cilacap Regency, Central Java Province and to determine the calculation of the increase in costs on the critical path using the CPM method. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research. The data in this study are secondary data and primary data.

 

Based on research that has been carried out on the Cilacap Regency BPBD Office Building 2 Development project, Jl. Swadaya No. 20 Pendowo Tambakreja, South Cilacap District, Cilacap Regency, Central Java Province, with the CPM method network through the calculation of acceleration on the critical path, the total normal time for completion is 153 days to 114 days. Calculation of the increase in costs by increasing costs on the critical path to Rp. 430.135.033
