EVALUASI KINERJA PENGELOLAAN DAN PEMELIHARAAN SISTEM IRIGASI TERSIER BERDASARKAN KRITERIA PENILAIAN PERMEN PEKERJAAN UMUM DAN PERUMAHAN RAKYAT NOMOR 14/PRT/M/2017

Abstrak

In its realization, the irrigation system is influenced by several aspects, namely: physical infrastructure, planting productivity, supporting facilities, personnel organization, documentation, and the Water User Farmers Association (P3A). The purpose of this study was to determine the Performance Evaluation of the Management and maintenance of tertiary irrigation systems based on the Assessment Criteria of the 2017 Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing in Cisaga District, Ciamis Regency. The research method was carried out by direct observation in the field by tracing the irrigation network in Bantarheulang, interviews and secondary data analysis.

The results of the overall assessment of the management and maintenance performance of the tertiary irrigation system in DI Bantarheulang based on the Assessment Criteria of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Regulation No. 14 of 2017, is 76% with details of the value of physical infrastructure obtaining a value of 18.77% plant productivity with 11.64%, Supporting facilities with a value of 15.34%, personnel organization with a value of 11.42%, documentation with 3.13% and P3A 15.28% of the expected 100%,
