ABSTRACT

The unit price of work is the price of a certain type of work per certain unit based on the details of the components of labor, materials, and equipment needed in the job. In the Ciherang Hilir irrigation network rehabilitation project for unit price calculation using the 2016 AHSP method. The labor coefficient and materials used are common to every job throughout Indonesia. However, the reality that occurs in the field of calculating the unit price of work using the AHSP 2016 method is more expensive than the actual method. This clearly results in differences in labor index/coefficient and building materials index/coefficient.

The purpose of the study was to determine the cost budget plan from the value of the wage and material coefficients as well as the unit price comparison ratio in the rehabilitation work of the Ciherang Hilir irrigation network with the AHSP method and the Actual method. The method used in this study is a quantitative comparative method is research that has the nature of comparing between several groups against a certain variable.

The results of the calculation of the budget plan for the Ciherang Hilir Irrigation Network Rehabilitation project in Cisetu Village, Rajagaluh Majalengka District on soil excavation, soil piles, masonry, Broadcast Finishing and Plastering using the AHSP method amounted to Rp. 5.057.955.739,83 then the Actual method was the lowest at Rp. 4.797.552.145,62 with a difference of Rp. 260.403.594,21 with a unit price comparison ratio lower using the actual method of 6%. The actual method is more efficient than the AHSP method because it is a real thing that happens in the field.
