Analisis Kualitas Elemen Perumahan Di Kota Tasikmalaya Berdasarkan Pengamatan Lapangan Dan Persepsi Penghuni

Abstrak

Rapid population growth has an impact on increasing demand for housing. Housing is one of the basic needs for social life and serves as a shelter from the heat and rain. Apart from being a place of refuge, housing must also have a clean environment, an area that is safe from crime, access to adequate facilities that support the activities of its inhabitants.

 The research method used was a field survey method (interview) by distributing questionnaires regarding the Analysis of the Quality of Housing Elements in the City of Tasikmalaya Based on Field Observations and Occupants' Perceptions to the community of residential neighborhoods in the city of Tasikmalaya.

 The results of this research are based on the results of the research above, the total that affects the quality of life of the community in the eligibility of housing residents in the City of Tasikmalaya. Based on field observations and residents' perceptions, it reaches 73.66%. Categorized as agreeing according to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 1992 concerning Housing and Settlements classified as category 4, which means getting a certificate and good enough
