Planning in project time is one way to control the execution of work which is an essential path of every project activity. Project failure will be even greater without optimal time management. In every project implementation, it is necessary to handle good project scheduling management. A project is said to be good if the completion of the project is efficient in terms of time, then a way is needed so that the completion of the structure of the house can be done quickly to meet the needs of the community.The purpose of this research is to find out the critical activities and the total duration of the Zahwa Residence Housing Project in Banjar City using the CPM (Critical Path Method). The data used are primary data and secondary data.The results of research on the Zahwa Residence type 36 housing development project using the critical path method obtained a critical path with symbols A, E, F, G, H, M, N, P, Q and B,C,D,I. The results of the normal duration comparison, the analysis of the critical path method and the normal duration value are 30 days, the analysis value of the critical path method is 25 days.
