Analisis Dampak On Street Parking Terhadap Kinerja Lalu Lintas Pada Ruas Jalan Bumiayu Kabupaten Brebes

Abstrak

Brebes Regency is a regency bordering the cities of Tegal and Pemalang is passed by large vehicles. There are medium and small vehicles that often enter the city to enjoy the trip or stop for food and rest. The existence of market, shop and office activities at certain hours causes traffic problems. This is influenced by several factors such as public transportation that has been stalled for too long, the activities of street vendors (Street Vendors), the existence of parking on the road body called parking on street which affects the performance of road sections has decreased. This study aims to determine traffic characteristics and parking characteristics which include the value of volume, speed, degree of saturation and service level on the Bumiayu Road section of Brebes Regency and find out how the performance of the road section. The method in this study uses observation and recording methods directly in the field to obtain data as reference material for conducting data processing analysis. Analysis for data processing used formulas or steps contained in the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) in 1997.  The results showed that the performance of the Bumiayu Road section of Brebes degree of saturation was 0.84 with service level D occurring on Sunday and the lowest average degree was 0.66 with service level C occurring on Monday.
