ANALISIS KAPASITAS RUANG PARKIR OFF STREET KAMPUNG TURIS PANGANDARAN (RM. MINASSRI - RM. TIRTA BAHARI)

Abstrak

• Parking is a facility that must be fulfilled in an institution. Where this facility has an important role for the progress of the institution. Off street parking facilities are facilities that must be owned by offices, hospitals, shopping centers, restaurants and the like, so that there is no parking on the road body which can cause congestion on the road. A restaurant is a company or business entity that provides good service to all guests, both food and drinks, as well as other public facilities. The purpose of this research is to determine the characteristics of parking spaces and to determine the need for off street parking spaces in Pangandaran Tourist Village (RM. Minasari – RM. Tirta Bahari). The method used to analyze the results of the research is the survey method, and the survey was conducted to obtain the data used in this study were Primary Data and Secondary Data, and the survey was carried out for 4 (four) days in 2 (two) weeks, namely Saturday, Sunday, Saturday, Sunday. The results showed that the peak parking accumulation on Saturday, 17 June 2023 at 21.16 – 22.00 was 124, for the volume of vehicles on Saturday, 17 June 2023 as many as 246 vehicles, for the highest average duration on Sunday, June 2023, namely 121.470 minutes, the results of calculating the need for parking space using the Z formula show that the need for parking space is 73.39 SRP while the static capacity provided reaches 70 SRP. So it can be concluded  that the Off Street Parking Space of the Pangandaran Tourist Village (RM. Minasari – RM. Tirta Bahari) is considered not to meet the needs.
