East Priangan has considerable potential in the agricultural sector, especially in the Tasikmalaya Regency area. The most people's economy depends on the agriculture sector, especially rice plants. This potential was supported by irrigation around agricultural land. However, its utilization is not optimal due to a lack of information regarding data on irrigation water requirements and availability. The requirements and availability of irrigation water can produce a balance of irrigation water. Ciramajaya Irrigation has an irrigation area of 1,303.76 Ha with a coordinate point of 7°21'51.719" LS 108°4'10.349" LE. The use of quantitative methods by observing directly in the field regarding the conditions of the irrigation areas, then the data obtained is processed using the CROPWAT Version 8.0 application. The research results show that the availability and demand for irrigation water in the Ciramajaya Irrigation Area is very optimal. The scheduling of cropping patterns obtained from the CROPWAT Version 8.0 application shows the scheme of periods of rice 1, rice 2, and rice 3 with optimal results. In the 1st rice season in September to December, the maximum irrigation water requirement in September is 0.70 lt/sec/ha. In the 2nd rice season in January to April, the maximum irrigation water requirement in January is 0.62 lt/sec/ha. The 3rd rice season starts from April to September, with the maximum irrigation water requirement in May of 0.64 lt/sec/ha.
