Good time and cost control is expected to help the implementation of the project as planned, one of which is the result analysis method. The result analysis was used with the aim of determining the extent of time and cost control in the new road land maturation project under the supervision of the Singaparna terminal and market using the Earned Value Management (EVM) method.
There are three parameters or indicators that are used as analysis of Budget Cost of Work Schedule, Budget Cost of Work Performed and Actual Cost of Work Performed. Delays and deviations can be identified by looking at Cost Variance and Schedule Variance, this method is also used to determine the efficiencyof resource use in the form of cost performance index (CPI) and schedule performance index (SPI) as well as the estimated total project cost (CPI).
The results showed that the Earned Value Management (EVM) method can control time and costs on maturation work projects onnew roads underthe supervision of the terminal and the Singaparna market, this shows the value of the CPI = 1 cost performance index value means that it shows costs are quite good, this is because the costs incurred are Actual Cost is equal to the value obtained by Earned Value and schedule/time performance index SPI obtained on average schedule/time performance index SPI value > 1 shows that schedule performance is very good, so that the work is as expected because it is able to achieve the planned work target.
