The Linggasari road improvement project, Linggapura village, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency, in the implementation process there was a delay in Laston Lapis AUS Laveling (AC-WC) work so that the work experienced problems in its implementation time.
This study aims to determine the comparison of schedules in construction projects using the Critical Path Method (CPM) and Predecence Diagram Method (PDM) methods.
In the Cost Budget Plan, this project requires a cost of Rp. 2,116,414,876.33. After an acceleration analysis was carried out on the critical path by adding overtime hours for 3 hours per day using the CPM method, the total project became IDR 2,193,045,306.97 or with a cost difference of IDR 75,085,896.64. Meanwhile, the analysis of acceleration on the critical path by adding overtime hours for 3 hours per day with the PDM method total projects to IDR 2,193,045,306.9 or with a cost difference of IDR 76,630,458.56. Based on the actual time schedule, the Linggasari Road Improvement Project, Linggapura Village, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency takes 33 working days, while after analysis using the Critical Path Method (CPM), the construction runs 23 days, which is 10 days faster and uses the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) to 22 days, which is 11 days faster than implementation.
