Abstrak

As an area where people when traveling prefer to use private vehicles, Periuk District needs a mode of public transportation to support the activities of its residents. The purpose of this study is to analyze the range of Si Benteng City Transport services on the AP.1-03 route in Periuk District. The analysis methods used include the concept of Neighborhood Unit, GIS analysis, and population analysis. It is known that the range of Si Benteng City Transport services on the AP.1-03 route has not covered all kelurahan in Periuk District. Kelurahan Periuk Jaya, which has a population density of 7718 people/KM2 and an area of 23.87% of the area of Periuk District, has not been served. Similarly, only 79,634 people, or equivalent to 56% of the total population of Periuk District are covered by Si Benteng City Transportation. Therefore, the new route plan for Si Benteng City Transport route AP.1-03, is expected to increase the total population covered to 67%. So the plan needs to be realized. Further research is still needed to determine the level of regional accessibility in Periuk District to the availability of Si Benteng City Transportation on the AP.1-03 route so that the provision of public transportation can be more optimal.
