ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN WAKTU DENGAN METODE PERT (PROGRAM EVALUATION AND REVIEW TECHNIQUE) PADA PROYEK PENGGANTIAN JEMBATAN CIBUYUT RUAS JALAN KAWALI – SADANANYA KECAMATAN CIPAKU KABUPATEN CIAMIS

Abstrak

Project generally have a deadline, meaning the project must be completed before or exactly at the speciefied time. In connection with project problem, delays occurred in the Cibuyut Bridge Replacment Project for Jalan Kawali – Sadananya. The aim of this research is to rescheadule using the Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) method.

The methode used in this research to estimate three times, namely optimistic time, pessimistic time and most likely/realistic time. The research uses a descriptive analysis using network technique. From the analysis results it was found that the critical path is a series of activities 2-3-7-14-18-19 with the expected time to carry out project being 101 days. Meanwhile, in the actual time schedule the project takes 120 days. The value (probabilty) of the project being completed on the planned time (101 days) is 93,06%. The project can be completed on time if there are no delays.
