Abstrak

Good time control is expected to help project implementation according to the planned time, one of which is by using value method of analysis of results. Analysis of the results used to determine the extent of time control in the Pangandaran Regency Pharmacy Building construction project using the Earned Value Concept method. The purpose of this research is to find out how the performance of project time control using the Earned Value Concept method is and to find out the factors that influence project delays in implementing the construction of the Pangandaran Regency Pharmacy building. This research requires data such as time schedules, project cost budget plans and weekly project progress reports. This method provides information on Result Values, Budget Schedule, Budget Schedule Variants, Schedule Variants, Schedule Performance Index, Estimated Work Time Remaining and estimated Total Time to be used for analysis. Data on project work for 20 weeks of reporting, this study resulted in the project completion time not being in accordance with the initial plan of the project schedule. Week 1 SPI value > 1, Week 2 SPI value < 1, Week 3 SPI value > 1, Week 4 to Week 8 SPI value < 1, Week 9 SPI value > 1, Week 10th to 11th week SPI value < 1, 12th week to 21st week SPI value < 1, 22nd week SPI value = 1. This shows that for SPI values ​​< 1 work experiences delays and SPI which >1 job experiences acceleration while the SPI which is equal to 1 job is the same as the plan
