Abstrak

Pasar Anyar Kota Tangerang is a multi-storey building consisting of 3 floors and is included in heavy load buildings. The method used in this study is quantitative. Comparative analysis of the bearing capacity of pile foundations to calculate the bearing capacity of single and group foundations using the Aoki De Alencar method with the conservative formula method (Direct). The results of the calculation of the permissible bearing capacity value of 25 cm diameter pile foundations with a pile length of 30 m using sondir data with the Aoki de Alencar method are S1 16.97 tons. S2 16.62 tons. S3 21.26 tons. While with the Conservative Formula method (Direct) the results obtained are S1 46.24 tons. S2 46.99 tons. S3 54.55 tons the results of the calculation of the permissible bearing capacity value of 25 cm diameter pile foundation groups with a pile length of 30 m using sondir data with the Aoki de Alencar method are group 2 piles 60.64 and group 3 piles 147.89 tons. Meanwhile, with the Conservative Formula (Direct) method, the results obtained were 454.33 tons for the 2-pillar group and 604.00 tons for the 3-pillar group
