Abstrak

In the construction of a construction project, there must be a timing of a project, and control of the
cost of the project. In its implementation, sometimes the two things deviate from what has been
planned, so it is necessary to do the control and management of a project. Besides being seen from
quality, the success of a project can also be seen from the point of view of cost and time control.
Time is an important interrelated element in the management of a project. Where time delays can
determine how much expenditure is spent on the project, so delays need to be prevented and
controlled to prevent it from happening. To restore the level of progress, the scheduling method of
CPM can be used to obtain the optimal duration of project activities. This research will evaluate the
project of building a pharmacy building in Pangandaran district that has been reviewed in terms of
time so that it is expected to minimize the time delay that occurs, so that the project control can be
implemented properly. Therefore, time control is required in completing the work project. Data
analysis for the CPM method is to analyze any activity that falls within the critical path to obtain
the optimal duration for the scheduling of a project. Based on analysis and calculations, the
project's planned duration is 150 days, but after being evaluated and analyzed using the CPM
method, the Bankaran District Pharmacy Building Development Project 2023 can be completed in
138 days using CPM. So the project can be done 12 days faster than scheduled.
