Abstrak

The Occupational Safety and Health Management System is a protection system for workers and construction services to minimize and avoid the risk of moral and material losses, The main causes of accidents in general come from human, technical, tools and materials, nature and environmental factors. There are several human traits, namely emotional, boredom, carelessness, negligence and work instructions that are not clear or poorly understood by workers. The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation factors and factors that affect the Occupational Safety and Health Management System in the Road Periodic Maintenance Work Project on the Sewaka Governor's Road Section, Tasikmalaya City. The research method carried out is a survey method (interview), namely by distributing a questionnaire about the Occupational Safety and Health Management System to workers/builders in the Road Periodic Maintenance Work Project on the Sewaka Governor Road Section, Tasikmalaya City, by analyzing data to determine the ranking from the questionnaire by calculating the Relative Interest Index value, to get the IKR value. The results obtained from the results of the analysis conducted on 20 worker respondents obtained factors that affect the success of the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System, including the Knowledge Factor with an IKR value of 79.56%, the Attitude Factor with an IKR value of 66.72% and the Action Factor with an IKR value of

66.25. Meanwhile, the Factors that affect the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System, the Knowledge Factor with the "Influential" importance level gets the 1st (one) Rank, the Attitude Factor with the "Influential" importance level gets the 2nd (two) Rank and the Action Factor with the "Influential" importance level gets the 3rd (three) Rank.
