Abstrak

In the implementation of the Revitalization Development Project of SMP Negeri 2 Cikatomas, the purpose of this study is to determine the optimal duration and determine the difference between the existing project scheduling and the reschedule with the Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT).Method the selection of the Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) method to reschedule, and time control by analyzing which project activities include critical trajectories to obtain the optimal project duration.  The research method uses quantitative with descriptive analysis techniques,This analysis also uses network diagrams to generate project progress and relationships between activities.This research shows that project performance is not affected by the number of working days but rather the weight load carried out. The project duration in this study was 150 days, after rescheduling using the Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) method the project was accelerated by 21 days to 129 working days
