The methods in this study are data collection, analyzing data using the CPM method, analyzing the results and drawing conclusions from this study.By using the critical path method, the critical path is obtained in the construction project of the SMP Negeri 1 Cineam Tasikmalaya building using the critical path method, the critical path is obtained in work activities B, C, D, G, I and J, namely in the work of Excavation, Foundation, Concrete, Floor, Painting and Sanitation Work.
