Construction project activities are aimed at producing products with planned quality standards within a limited timeframe through the allocation of specific resources. The Main Office Building project of the West Java Regional Police has experienced delays. Initially, the project was planned to be completed in 146 days with a budget of IDR 88,750,000,000. The delay occurred during the foundation and substructure work. The delay amounted to 30 days, necessitating acceleration measures to catch up on the project timeline. This final project aims to analyze project acceleration using the time-cost trade-off method. The acceleration alternatives used in the time-cost trade-off analysis are based on field conditions, with the alternative being the addition of work shifts. The results of the TCTO analysis with the addition of work shifts indicate that the project can be accelerated by 12%, which amounts to 24 working days, thus reducing the project duration to 129 working days with a cost efficiency of 0.21% and a total cost reduction to IDR 184,370,036.22. From the results, it can be seen that the alternative of adding work shifts provides a duration efficiency of 12% and a cost efficiency of 0.21%.
