Analisis SWOT Penggunaan Bata Merah dan Bata Ringan (Heable) di Kecamatan Rajapolah Kabupaten Tasikmalaya

Abstrak

Construction development in Indonesia continues to grow rapidly, driven by the need for strong and sustainable infrastructure. In the development process, the selection of the right material becomes the main key to ensure the quality, efficiency and durability of the building. This is the basis for the creation of innovation in the supporting components of building structures in wall work. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of red brick and lightweight brick wall installation in Rajapolah District, Tasikmalaya Regency using the SWOT method. Based on the results of the study, it is found that the use of red brick in Rajapolah District, Tasikmalaya Regency is in quadrant II although it has threats from the external environment, the company still has strengths from within the company that can be used as added value. While the use of lightweight bricks in quadrant III shows that the company has enormous opportunities, but on the other hand the company has internal weaknesses.
