Time control is a crucial aspect in construction project management, especially in motorbike parking building construction projects. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of time control using the Earned Value Management (EVM) method. EVM is used to analyze project performance based on a comparison between planned value, earned value and actual costs. Through a case study approach, data was obtained from the ongoing physical construction project for the construction of a motorbike parking building. The analysis results show that EVM is effective in identifying time variance and project schedule efficiency, through measuring schedule variance (SV) and schedule performance index (SPI). These indicators provide important information to project management to take timely corrective action, to ensure the project runs according to the established schedule. In conclusion, the application of the EVM method can increase the effectiveness of time control and help manage construction projects in a more measurable and structured manner.
