ANALISA KEPADATAN TANAH PADA TANGGUL IRIGASI DENGAN METODE PROCTOR DAN SANDCONE

Abstrak

Indonesia is knows as an aglicultural country with the majority of the population working in the aglicultural sector. So irrigation is one very important factor in the sector.often the service provider neglects the procedure for carrying out material testing in carrying out work in accordance with the applicable planning or technical specification. The results of the sieve analysis test for two soil samples obtained the percentage value of Gravel = 0%, Sand =93,70 % and Fines

= 6,30 %testing the atteberg limit of the original soil borrow area Mekarwangi, Subang, West Java, obtained a values of liquid limits = 44,95, Plastic Limit = 31,59%, Plasticity Index = 13,35%. According to the soil classification to USCS (United Soil Classification Sistem) and based on the values of the results, the soil classified into the ML/OL type, namely non-organic silt soil with moderate comparability and organic clay and Optimum Moisture Contents results of 31 % and Maximum Dry Density of 1,217 gr/cm3. The results of density analysis of track 6 obtained an average of 93.39%,on track 8 an average 97,74 %, and on track 10 an average 103,11%. According to the specification requirments of SNI 03-2828- 1992 the recommended value of field density degree expertise is 95%. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the field dendity degree on he track 6 has not reached the specified field density requirments because the average is 93,39% while for field density on track 8 and 10 it has reached the field density requirments with the results 97,74 % and 103,11 %
