The problem that occurs in the field is that the implementation of operation and maintenance activities in the Cikembulan Irrigation Area, Sidamulih Village, Pangandaran Regency, has indications that it is not going well. This can be seen from the damaged irrigation network buildings and the accumulation of mud in the mud bags due to the damaged drain gate. The treatment that must be carried out is routine maintenance, periodic maintenance and emergency maintenance so that with regular maintenance the problem of water shortages will soon be resolved. The aim of the research is to determine the system of operation and maintenance activities of the Cikembulan Irrigation Area, Pangandaran Regency, which is carried out to determine the inventory of irrigation networks and damage to irrigation buildings. The method used in this research is an observational study method or direct field survey to obtain the data needed for analysis. The research results show that the physical condition of the Cikembulan Irrigation Network infrastructure in Pangandaran Regency is 44.05% in good condition, 20.11% is slightly damaged, 24.39% is moderately damaged and 10.05% is heavily damaged < 40%, which means that the Cikembulan Irrigation Network in Pangandaran Regency in good condition and does not need rehabilitation. The functional condition of the Cikembulan Irrigation network infrastructure in Pangandaran Regency is functioning well. The functional condition of the irrigation network is closely related to the physical condition of the irrigation network infrastructure. Good physical conditions of irrigation network infrastructure result in good functional conditions of irrigation networks as well. The level of water adequacy of the Cikembulan Irrigation Network in Pangandaran Regency is a lack of water, from the results of analysis of mainstay discharge with a probability of 80%, a value of 514.90 liters/second was found, while the need for irrigation water was 837.8 liters/second.
