Analisa Perbandingan Anggaran Biaya Pada Pembangunan Lanjutan Gedung Puskesmas Jeruklegi 2 Kabupaten Cilacap Dengan Metode SNI Dan AHSP

Abstrak

Cilacap Regency experiences an increase in population every year. The increase in population demands the development of infrastructure development. Therefore, one form of concern for the Cilacap Regency Government to provide better public services through the Health Service is to build a Community Health Center. The Advanced Construction Project for the Jeruklegi 2 Community Health Center Building in Cilacap Regency is scheduled for completion in 150 calendar days (5 months) with a contract amounting to Rp. 1,970,145,000,-. The Jeruklegi Community Health Center Building Construction Project, Cilacap Regency uses the SNI method because it comes from government funds. However, it is necessary to investigate further whether the SNI method is the right method for making construction project work bidding documents so that the budget is more economical. In this final assignment, we will discuss the comparison of cost budget calculations between the SNI 2023 and AHSP 2023 methods to help determine appropriate expenditures and serve as a reference for contractors in creating bid documents to make them more realistic, economical, efficient and effective. The comparison results of budget calculations using the SNI 2023 method amounted to Rp. 1,970,145,000 and the cost calculation results using AHSP 2023 are IDR. 2,016,693,000 so that the difference in Project Cost Budget is IDR. 46,548,000 with a difference of 2,36%. From the results of the cost budget comparison between the SNI 2023 method and the AHSP 2023 method for the work on the Advanced Construction of 2 Jeruklegi Building 2, Cilacap Regency, the more economical method used is the SNI 2023 method.
