Abstrak

The implementation of the Rumah Susun Jawa Barat 2 (RSNPP-21-02-JBR) Ponpes Hidayatul Ulum Tasikmalaya City project is experiencing delays, so it is necessary to analyze the rescheduling. The method that can be used is the Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO) method or it can also be called the exchange method between cost and time.

The purpose of this study was to determine the acceleration time and cost required to complete the work on the Rumah Susun Jawa Barat 2 Construction project (RSNPP-21-02-JBR) Ponpes Hidayatul Ulum Tasikmalaya City in accordance with the plan by applying the Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO) method.

The research results from rescheduling by applying the TCTO (Time Cost Trade Off) method for an additional 1 hour the amount of duration that can be accelerated is 12 working days, which was originally 115 working days to 103 working days. With a project time efficiency of 11.14% with an optimum cost of Rp. 851,881,506.21 from Rp. 856,366,913.45 with a difference of Rp. 4,485,407.25. As for the addition of 2 hours, the amount of duration that can be accelerated is 19 working days, which was originally 115 working days to 96 working days. With a project time efficiency of 19.791% with an optimum cost of Rp. 854,252,465.85 from Rp. 856,366,913.45 with a difference of Rp. 2,114,447.61.
