ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN ESTIMASI ANGGARAN BIAYA ANTARA METODE SNI DAN AHSP

( Studi Kasus Pada Proyek Pengendalian Banjir Kecamatan Wanareja, Kabupaten Cilacap, Jawa Tengah )

Abstrak

Planning a construction requires cost estimation analysis to estimate expenditure needs and obtain the most efficient costs for construction. Cost estimation plays an important role in implementing a construction project, contractors must have guidelines that are economical and applicable in Indonesia. This cost analysis is the basis for calculations used in project budget planning.

In the Flood Control Project in Wanareja District, the author will examine which method is the most economical between the SNI Method and the AHSP Method which aims to be a reference for estimators in planning construction costs using the methods applicable in Indonesia.

Based on the calculation results of the Cost Budget Plan for the Flood Control project, Wanareja District, Cilacap Regency using two methods, namely the AHSP method and the SNI method, the AHSP method cost results were Rp. 7,811,998,000.00 (Seven Billion Eight Hundred Eleven Million Nine Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Rupiah) SNI method amounting to IDR 7,428,562,000.00. (Seven Billion Four Hundred Twenty Eight Million Five Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Rupiah). As for the comparison of estimated budget costs between the 2023 SNI Method and the 2023 AHSP Method, the most economical is the SNI method with a total difference of Rp. 383,436,000,- or around 5.16% of the RAB using the AHSP method
