Application of construction management needs to be carried out in optimizing work implementation, namely controlling time. The Cibuyut Bridge Replacement Project for Jalan Kawali - Sadananya, Cipaku District, Ciamis Regency experienced work delays in the 14th week, namely being hampered by weather factors and delays in procurement of goods, resulting in other work being delayed. This final assignment will discuss re-scheduling using the Critical Path Method (CPM) to obtain the critical path and optimize the duration of project completion time. The critical path produced by the Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling method on this project is A-B-F-M-Q and A-B-F-M-R the activities of Equipment Mobilization, Temporary Bridge, Dismantling of Masonry, Stone Masonry, Bridge Nameplates, and Stootwerk/Scaffolding with a duration of 101 days. The results of the analysis comparing three duration of activities are the total planning duration of 120 days, the total actual duration of 120 days and the total duration of the Critical Path Method (CPM) method is 101 days. Thus, the duration results using the Critical Path Method (CPM), namely 101 days, are more optimal and efficient. This can be seen because using the Critical Path Method (CPM) can carry out several jobs simultaneously and can save 19 days of time.
