Abstract

This study is an assessment of the physical condition and function of irrigation asset infrastructure in the North Lakbok irrigation area in Banjar City. The service area studied is 1,404.48 ha located in Banjar City. This study uses a field observation method, where the author conducts tracing activities for North Lakbok irrigation assets in Banjar City and conducts a bibliography study on similar studies to determine the condition of irrigation assets in North Lakbok, the condition of irrigation functions and determine the priority of irrigation asset maintenance in North Lakbok in Banjar City. The results of this study obtained that the physical condition of the North Lakbok irrigation network that had the most severe level of damage was section 5 BSA4 with an asset value of 51.13 and the downstream floor with an asset value of 54%, while the physical condition that had a good value was section 2 BPT2KR and section 3 BPT3 with an asset value reaching 95%. The condition of the irrigation asset function that had the lowest level of functionality was the dam body in the form of a downstream floor with a value reaching 79% and section 5 BSA4 with a value of 81%. Meanwhile, the channel that has the highest level of functionality is section 7 BSA5KR with a value reaching 87% and the building body structure with the same value of 87%. The priority of irrigation maintenance is based on the physical condition of irrigation assets, the functional condition of irrigation assets and the condition of the affected rice field area, so that the priority of irrigation maintenance is section 5 BSA4 channel with a value of 0.1945 and the downstream floor with a value of 0.1897, while the channel or building that has the lowest priority level is section 3 BPT3 with a value of 0.0302 and section 2 BPT2KR with a value of 0.0341
