Analisis Pengendalian Waktu Dan Biaya Menggunakan Metode Earned Value Analysis (EVA) Pada Proyek Preservasi Jalan Bolang-Suniabana Kabupaten Tasikmalaya

Abstract

Planning and controlling costs and time is part of construction project management. The achievement of a project can also be assessed in terms of cost and time performance. The Bolang-Suniabana Road Preservation Project, Tasikmalaya Regency was completed faster than planned, therefore it is necessary to carry out an analysis to determine time and cost control on the Bolang-Suniabana Road Preservation project, Tasikmalaya Regency using the Earned Value Analysis (EVA) method. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. This research describes the condition of the project with analysis of existing data. Data analysis uses analytical and descriptive methods. Analytical means that existing data is processed to produce final results that can be concluded. Meanwhile, descriptive describes problems that already exist or are visible. The results of research on the time and cost performance of the Bolang-Suniabana road preservation project in Tasikmalaya Regency are very good with an average SPI value of 1.226 > 1 and CPI of 1.443 > 1, indicating that the time and cost performance is very good because it is able to achieve the planned work targets.
