ANALISIS ESTIMASI WAKTU PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG PERPUSTAKAAN DAERAH KOTA SERANG

Abstract

The problem that occurred in the Serang City Regional Library Building Construction Project was that work was completed late. It is necessary to carry out an analysis related to the problems mentioned above using the Earned Value Analysis (EVA) method. Earned Value Analysis (EVA) can control project time and can also be used to measure project performance. The research objective is to determine the time performance and estimate the fastest time for completion of the Serang City Regional Library Building Construction Project using the Earned Value Analysis (EVA) method. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, research that describes the conditions of a particular project by analyzing existing data. The research results show that time performance can be measured from the SPI value, with an average SPI value of 1.04 > 1, indicating that the time performance in the Serang City Regional Library Building Construction Project is very good because it is able to exceed the planned work targets. The estimated fastest completion time for the Serang City Regional Library Building Construction Project is 106 calendar days, while the longest estimated time for project completion is 191 calendar days.
