Evaluasi kerusakan jalan dengan metode bina marga dan pavement conditions index (PCI) pada ruas jalan Sidareja-Cukangleuleus KM 90+00-92+00

Abstract

Along with the development of Indonesia, road projects are increasing. It is necessary to evaluate serious pavement damage, considering that more and more road pavement damage is occurring in various areas. Because there are more and more vehicles in traffic. The Sidareja-Cukangleuleus KM 90+000–92+000 road section experienced road damage which caused obstruction to vehicles when passing through the area. The method used in this research is Bina Marga method and pavement condition index (PCI). The results of the research show that the condition of the damage that occurred on the Sidareja-Cukangleuleus KM 90+000-92+000 road section is classified as bad. Because there were 7 types of damage that occurred and the total area of damage was 673.62 m2. The most dominant damage is: cracking with a total area of 146.39 m², patching with a total area of 210.25 m², and surface layer detachment damage with a total area of 136.02 m² and after checking with PCI parameters it is categorized as poor. and in the Bina Marga method, roadconditions must carry out a periodic maintenance program
