Abstract

In the realization of irrigation channels, several aspects are influenced, namely: physical infrastructure, planting productivity, supporting facilities, personnel organization, documentation and the Water User Farmers Association (P3A). Irrigation buildings experience a decline in function as the building ages or is influenced by human activity. The aim of this research is to determine the evaluation of the operation and maintenance performance of tertiary irrigation channels based on the 2017 Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Regulations for the Sidareja-Cihaur irrigation area. The research method was carried out by direct observation in the field by tracing the Manganti Irrigation Area (DI) irrigation network, interviews and secondary data analysis. This irrigation network search was carried out to obtain data on the condition of physical infrastructure. Interview methods and secondary data analysis were used to obtain data on planting productivity, supporting facilities, personal organization, documentation and P3A. The overall assessment results of the operation and maintenance performance of tertiary irrigation channels in DI Manganti based on the assessment criteria of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Regulation No. 14 of 2017, is 77.99% in the good performance category with details of the physical infrastructure value obtaining a score of 19.01% of 25.00% expected, planting productivity with a value of 12.35% of the 15.00 expected, supporting facilities with a value of 15.50% of the 20.00% expected, personnel organization 12.00% of the 15.00% expected expected, documentation with a value of 4.00% of the expected 5.00% and P3A with a value of 15.13% of the 20% expected.
