Abstract

Road is the most often used transportation facility by the majority of the population, which negatively affects their daily activities. The construction of North Ring Road of Tasikmalaya City  is experiencing problems with delayed work schedules. Due to this, an analysis of the time spent on the project's construction is required. The goal of this study is to understand the time lag in the construction of the Ring Road  project on the Tasikmalaya coast.

Method that is used in this study is the Pustaka Method; however, the Critical Path Method (CPM) is used in data analysis to assess time in the construction of the outer city bridge project.

According to the results of the data analysis using the Critical Path Method (CPM) work network in the Tasikmalaya project, it can be observed that the workday can be extended from 129 working days to 115 working days, allowing for a 14-day workday for work completion.
