Abstract

The development of science and technology affects the development of construction projects. Effective construction project management is needed to overcome deviations that often occur during project implementation. The purpose of this study was to determine the work included in the critical trajectory to determine the duration of the construction project of the revitalization of SMP Negeri 2 Manonjaya. In this research using the Critical Path Method (CPM) method, the tools for operating this method with the Microsoft Project program. The results of this study resulted in a critical path in the form of other work activities, while the planned project duration was 150 working days, after analyzing the calculations obtained the duration of acceleration of the implementation of project activities with the CPM method and the Microsoft Project program for 16 days to 134 working days.
