ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN WAKTU DAN BIAYA DENGAN METODE EARNED VALUE MANAGEMENT (EVM) PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN CHECK DAM SUKADANA KABUPATEN CIAMIS

Abstract

Problems that occurred in the Sukadana Check Dam Construction Project in Ciamis Regency resulted in delays in several projects. This problem affected the project's time and cost control. Many methods are used to control time and costs. The method used to control time and costs in the Sukadana Check Dam Construction Project in Ciamis Regency is the Earned Value Management (EVM) method, because it can integrate time and cost factors in construction project control. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a time and cost control analysis using the Earned Value Management (EVM) method on the Sukadana Check Dam Construction Project in Ciamis Regency.

The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive, a study that describes the conditions of a specific project through analysis of existing data. Data analysis uses analytical and descriptive methods. Analytical means processing existing data in such a way as to produce conclusive results. Descriptive, on the other hand, describes existing or apparent problems. Earned Value Management (EVM) examines the trends in schedule and cost variances over a period of time during the project.

The results of the study show that time control in the Sukadana Check Dam Construction Project in Ciamis Regency is not good with an average time performance index value of 0.88 <1, this indicates that the project completion time exceeds the planned project time. Cost control in the Sukadana Check Dam Construction Project in Ciamis Regency is very good with an average cost performance index value of 1.03>1, this indicates that the costs incurred (Actual Cost) are smaller than the value obtained (Earned Value) or there is no waste. The estimated time for the Sukadana Check Dam Construction Project in Ciamis Regency is 99 calendar days with a cost of Rp. 3,995,664,739.88.
