PERBANDINGAN ANGGARAN BIAYA PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE AHSP DAN LAPANGAN

(Studi Kasus: Pembangunan Ruang Terbuka Publik Tempat Parkir dan Kuliner Alun-alun Ciamis)

Abstract

Unit Price Analysis of Work is a calculation of the required costs for materials, labor, and equipment, which has been determined in accordance with the Indonesian National Standard. The Public Open Space Development Project for Parking and Culinary Areas at the East Square of Ciamis uses the Unit Price Analysis of Work method in estimating the cost of bore pile foundation work during the initial planning stage. Initially, the foundation was designed with a diameter of Ø 40 cm, but it was later modified to Ø 40 cm and Ø 60 cm. This adjustment affected the predetermined budget, resulting in discrepancies between the planned costs and the actual field conditions. The objective of this study is to determine the comparison of budget costs and calculate the price difference based on construction cost analysis using the 2022 Unit Price Analysis method and field data. The research method applied is quantitative, processing secondary data in the form of the Budget Plan document.The results indicate that the budget based on the 2022 Unit Price Analysis method amounted to IDR 2,380,731,000.00, while the budget based on the field method was IDR 1,920,824,000.00. The budget difference between the two is IDR 455,906,000.00, or approximately 19.14%.
