ABSTRACT

In The Padmayana Apartment Project, located on Jalan Sinabung II, Kebayoran Baru District, South Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta. There are several problems including workers who do not follow the rules that have become the company's quality and occupational health safety policy. So that this study aims to determine the application and level of success of the Occupational Health Safety Management System in The Padmayana Apartment Building Construction Project. The research method used is a field survey method (interview) by distributing questionnaires regarding the occupational health safety management system (SMK3) to respondents to be recapitulated based on the scoring of each respondent's answer used during data analysis. For the assessment of the achievement of the occupational health safety management system for the Padmayana apartment building construction project, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta based on Government Regulation no. 50 of 2012, the questionnaire results were obtained, namely variable (X1) Commitment and K3 Policy of 83.44%, variable (X2) Planning 83.4%, variable (X3) Implementation 86.67%, variable (X4) Examination and Corrective Action 75.75%, variable (X5) Management Review 79.75% for an average result of 82% so that The application is categorized as good, gets a certificate and a silver flag.
