ANALISIS KINERJA BENDUNGAN JATIGEDE KABUPATEN SUMEDANG JAWA BARAT

Abstrak

Jatigede dam is a dam located in Jatigede District, Sumedang Regency, West Java. This dam was built to stem the flow of the Cimanuk River and form the Jatigede Reservoir. To minimize decline in function and prevent disasters, dam operation and maintenance activities need to be carried out so that the dam can function opyimally. To determine the level of damage to a dam, it is necessary to assess the components to the dam with the aim of finding out how much damage has occurred to the dam and determining its performance category. The research method used in this research uses quantitative methods which are carried out by means of direct surveys in the field to obtain the data needed in this research. The data required is in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by conducting direct surveys in the field and by conducting interviews with related parties in the field. The secondary data required in this research was obtained from the Jatigede Dam Management Unit. From the research results, it was found that the performance value for the physical and environmental aspects of the dam was 77.15 in the sufficient category; aspects of dam operations and services 80.00 with good category; aspects of instrumentation and dam inspection 81.80 with good category; and institutional aspects 80.02 in the good category.
