Abstrak

Peran top management di PT. Dirgantara Indonesia merupakan peran penting dalam sistem organisasi yang memiliki akuntabilitas sesuai standar AS9110C dalam ISO 9001:2015 memberikan penekanan khusus pada kepemimpinan. Peran Top Management di lingkungan Sub Direktorat Aircraft Services dinilai belum terintegrasi secara penuh, hal ini dapat dilihat dari proses pelaksanaan Management Review yang belum termonitor dengan baik masih menyisakan 56% subjek target yang belum tercapai di akhir tahun 2021. Adapun tujuan dalam artikel ini adalah mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis keterlibatan dan peran Top Management Sub Direktorat Aircraft Services dalam proses pelaksanaan dan pencapaian target Management Review. Metoda pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis statistik dan metoda PCDA Circle. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran Top Management dalam keterlibatan management dan pengelolaan dinilai masih kurang. Hal ini ditunjukan melalui Implementation Leadership Scale (ILS) yang masih berada di angka 2,61 dari skala 4. Untuk memperbaikinya  diperlukan evaluasi proses operasi melalui PDCA cyrcle sebagai salah satu leadership tools yang sesuai dengan standar AS9110C. Sub Direktorat Aircraft Services dapat menerapkan transformational leadership sesuai dengan teori Full-Range Leadership Model melalui proses Management Review yang terintegrasi dengan mengimplementasikan Management Review Integrated System. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap implementasi management strategic antara leadership dan keterlibatan dalam proses management perusahaan.
