MODEL PENGEMBANGAN DESA CERDAS (SMART VILLAGE) DENGAN PENDEKATAN PENTA-HELIX UNTUK MEWUJUDKAN KEMANDIRIAN MASYARAKAT DESA DI ERA SOCIETY 5.0

Pengembangan desa cerdas (smart village) sangat penting untuk dilaksanakan, karena bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kemandirian masyarakat desa. Namun, pada pelaksanaannya banyak kendala yang dihadapi, salah satunya kurangnya keterlibatan para pihak pemangku kepentingan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap sinergitas penta-helix dalam mengembangkan smart village di Desa Handapherang Kabupaten Ciamis. Kami menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Informan pada penelitian ini yakni semua unsur penta-helix yang terlibat dalam pengembangan desa cerdas di Desa Handapherang Kabupaten Ciamis. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa belum semua pilar smart village dilaksanakan, hanya empat pilar antara lain; smart government, smart environment, smart community, dan smart economy. Keempat pilar tersebut Sebagian belum dilaksanakan dengan maksimal. Selain itu, sinergi penta-helix dalam pengembagan smart village di Desa Handapherang belum maksimal, masih ada beberapa aktor yang belum terlibat secara maksimal antara lain aktor akademisi dan aktor bisnis/swasta. Pada penelitian ini kami juga mengungkapkan faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung dalam pengembangan smart village beserta model sinergi penta helix dengan pilar smart village dalam mewujudkan kemandirian masyarakat desa.
