PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, MOTIVASI, DISIPLIN KERJA, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI: STUDI KUANTITATIF PADA PUSKESMAS BARANTI

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Baranti, Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif kausal. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai puskesmas, dan teknik total sampling digunakan sehingga semua anggota populasi menjadi responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda setelah melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan, kompetensi, motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kompetensi merupakan variabel dengan pengaruh paling dominan, disusul motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kinerja pegawai puskesmas memerlukan strategi terpadu berbasis penguatan kompetensi, pemberian motivasi, penegakan disiplin, serta perbaikan lingkungan kerja.
