JAMASAN: Journal of History Education Students is an academic journal that publishes scholarly works by students in the fields of history education and historical studies. The journal holds an E-ISSN 3123-3899 and is published three times a year, in February, June, and October, under the ISSN Decree issued by the International Standard Serial Number, Decree No. 31233899/II.7.4/SK.ISSN/12/2025, dated December 15, 2025.

The focus and scope of the JAMASAN Journal include
1. History Education, covering studies on the teaching and learning of history in schools and communities, curriculum development, educational values in historical contexts and figures, learning media and historical learning resources, as well as textbook studies;
2. Historical Study Materials, encompassing historiographical writing and historical discussions based on primary and secondary historical sources presented in critical narratives relevant to history learning; and
3. Historiography, which examines various historical themes in a chronological framework, such as the history of education, local history, maritime history, economic history, political history, social history, cultural history, public history, and other historical studies related to history or history education.

History, Culture, and Conservation explores the interconnections between historical studies, cultural heritage, and conservation in fostering sustainable societies. This theme welcomes research on historiography, history education, local wisdom, cultural traditions, tangible and intangible heritage, environmental history, museum studies, public history, digital heritage, and community-based conservation. It encourages interdisciplinary approaches that examine how historical knowledge and cultural values support heritage preservation, identity formation, and sustainable resource management. The theme also addresses contemporary challenges, including globalization, environmental change, heritage governance, and cultural resilience, while promoting innovative scholarship that advances historical understanding and sustainable conservation for present and future generations.
